From Knowledge to Practice: Bridging Training with Real-World Impact
As a crucial follow-up to the training course, learners will participate in a two-week immersive study visit designed to deepen their understanding and strengthen the application of sustainable agricultural and entrepreneurial practices.
Over the course of 50 hours (5 hours/day), learners will be hosted by selected agricultural enterprises that are part of our project’s partner network. These enterprises are distinguished by their innovative responses to the challenges of climate change, including adaptation through smart farming, resource efficiency, and sustainable business practices.
During this hands-on experience, learners will:
- Observe real-world solutions to climate-related agricultural challenges.
- Engage with experts and local practitioners on-site.
- Document best practices for use in their own professional settings.
- Reflect critically on how these innovations can be replicated or adapted.
